Since me working out is a totally binary thing, I either do it and go hard or I don't do it at all, I went in hard on squats and DLs on saturday. Woof.
A) I forgot to do DLs before squats
B) I know I can DL far more than I can squat and I am stubborn about this
C) ~1/3 of my (very old) max full set weight being difficult for me was pissing me off. Upped it to 2 sets of 5 at the end of at least 1/2 of my previous max. Mistake. Didn't hurt myself because my form is still fine, but god damn. Close to puking, close to passing out. Leaning on railings to use stairs.
FML man.
