I'm kinda old school, I mostly just worry about calories. I had a McDouble and a small fry for lunch yesterday with a large diet coke (calories 580) a half a DiGiorno pepperoni pizza (calories 680) with a little greens salad with ranch (maybe 100 calories) for dinner. Combined with my 160 calorie protein shake for breakfast that's just over 1500 calories. I just didn't snack.
