I regret to inform you that I got fat again
5 months of not working and not going to the gym means 5 months of grazing chips and cookies and shit around the house and drinking.
Should be back to work/gym in a month or so, but I'm gonna start cutting weight now so I don't feel like I'm going to die working out 5 days a week on a big calorie deficit.
Probably going to update this weekly. Not sure if I'm going to stop drinking, hmm sounds bad.
