I kinda figured Lady Iceheart and Estinien were going to bite the bullet after Haurchefont died, but it was still depressing as hell.

One dying realizing everything she believed in was a lie and the other becoming the very being he swore to kill and protect Ishgard from.

Can’t wait for the next expansion with all the stories still yet to be resolved. The missing Scions, Ascians, the Empire, etc.

What exactly was the Archbishop looking for in Azys la? He stated the Holy See had the original Azure Dragoon’s body and the other Nidhogg Eye the entire time anyways. So what exactly was he there for? Why seek out the place if you already had the means to transform into the King Thordan primal?

You ain’t done with Heavensward yet. You just reached the end of 3.0 storyline (retail expansion). The story continues until you finish the content that was introduced in the 3.3 patch. Keep going, more feels await.

Thordan went to Azys La for one particular reason. The Ascians were trying to use Thordan to release the Warring Triad (you’ll see more of them in HW side content), but Thordan already had the power he needed so he pretended to go along with them to eventually double cross and kill them.

Xno you’ve now got a checklist of side things to unlock. They are not required for advancing the main story. But you will be glad you did them.

Warring Triad (three new trials)
Alexander (new 8 main raid tier)
Sky Pirates (new 24 man raid tier)

I can’t remember where they start, just talk to anyone who had the blue icon above their head. You’ll find them eventually.

Watching the highs and lows of Xno's experience pretty much mirrors my own and most of the playerbases. Feels like when I saw my friend get into GoT and seeing his love for the show devolve into utter hate by the end lol.

Shadowbringer is gonna blow your mind Xno. Ngl, I'm lowkey jealous you get to experience the story so quickly without having to deal with the months long waits we had to while playing regularly.

Just got done with the grand melee. When Ser Aymeric asked me to join Ishgard my immediate thought was “man fuck them other nations” lmao. Fucking straight up left us to die in the bloody banquet.
