Seriously. They've all been going out for months now.
The June obligation is a reception in Wichita, and I think we might respectfully opt out of that bit. It'll probably be 100-200 people indoors.
April is the bachelor party weekend in Missouri (~16 people) and May is the wedding in Arizona (48 people).
My cousin rescheduled her wedding from last August to this July in the Bay area and even that's iffy.
the best part of covid is not having to go to 2-3 weddings a year
My problem is I already have the flights booked and I'll only get credit back.
I've been to three weddings my entire life. When I was 4 as the ring bearer. My wedding and my brother in-law's.
i kinda like weddings. dress to the nines, get drunk as a skunk, free food, find some bridesmaids. usually a p good time.
ive been in the events industry for 16 years now. i've probably worked 2k weddings in my life time. when i go to a wedding as a guest i'm usually spending most of my time watching what the workers are doing/service processes they use/kind of plate-ware they're using/etc purely out of habit. it's impossible for me to relax at any kind of event. i'm always watching shit because i've spent so much of my life being paid to watch
Please decline it
Send wedding gift with the declination
