Yeah, every episode drops way too many death flags lol.
But the creator behind Kakushigoto also did Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei so it could all be a comedic ruse. We'll just have to wait and see
Thanks for the recommendations man. Especially Nami yo Kiitekure as I really like more anime with grown up (working, or 20+) characters NOT in a school setting.
Oh I totally agree. It's nice to have a show that doesn't pander to the usual tropes and is more mature in content but not in a graphic, violent mature kind of way. And that show having a good story and being animated and voiced really well is just an added bonus
Nami's probably my sleeper hit of the season, not that it's really had much competition with so many delays.
Sing Yesterday to Me is its own mundane slice of life feel, but I think it loses out to the characters not being as interesting and arguably a bunch of chicken shits even mostly as young adults.
I watched the first few episodes of SYtM and just stopped for no particular reason. I'll probably binge it when it's all done, but yeah I did enjoy what I had seen
Maaaaan Tower of God is something else. Gonna have to start reading the webseries I think
i'm not sure if i can keep myself from reading tower of god. it has completely swept me up.
New Pokemon episode was dope. Ash's Dragonite is a beast and I'm glad we finally got to see it fight seriously.
The LEGO Monkie Kid Ep1-2
Animated by the Australian animation studio, Flying Bark Productions. Many top Animators around the world worked on the show. Story isn’t anything special right now as it’s a pilot episode that introduces the plot and characters.
I’m surprised they got a Sunrise Animator to do a 2D Mecha battle For such a short scene. I was wonder why animators keep calling it One Punch LEGO(being able to hire top talent just for one show).
There's going to be a TWEWY anime :-O
And Cyberpunk, from Trigger
Is it gonna be new? Or just a re-telling of the game's story?
Either way super hype for that OST
Edit: I guess there's no way for it to be a new story. Considering how long ago the game came out, just a more in-depth telling of the story will most likely be what we get, not that I mind at all.
I don't think there are any details yet. No studio even revealed yet. More info will be revealed during Anime Expo: https://subarashiki-anime.jp
The Legend of Hei.
Is a 2D animated(ToonBoom) movie from China. It is a movie adaptation of an existing web series. a beautiful film which has predictable twists and turns story, but The gorgeous animation, epic fights, and Those that haven’t been keeping up with Chinese animation are in for some welcome surprise of the quality.
Hirofumi Okita did such an amazing work with Gleipnir Ep13. (1:06-1:50)
