That's not possible.
That said, this is an unprecedented situation for the Gulf of Mexico with the possibility of two hurricanes entering a Fujiwhara effect in such a small area. A lot of times when low pressure systems (usually not tropical) enter a Fujiwhara effect they tend to create somewhat of a "riptide" in the atmosphere which makes the smaller/weaker storm follow the larger/stronger storm on a very similar, sometimes identical, track.
The tl;dr here is if that happens you could see two hurricanes landfall in exactly the same place and go up the Mississippi River. This would be a catastrophe as far as flooding is concerned.
