"Please scream inside your heart" sounds like the tagline for 2020
I have no heart and I must scream.
HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF PRINTED CIRCUITS IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY COMPLEX. IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR HUMANS AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT FOR YOU. HATE. HATE.
A median age of 21 for new cases (in Florida) feels almost impossible but regardless this would be more evidence that the surge in cases won't lead to a big increase in deaths.

Implying anyone knows the long term impact the virus has on the human body.
Ok yeah I was right 21 was impossible (DeSantis said this but was wrong).
I posted some months ago that it's a rather macabre but likely true situation where in most of the world the majority of deaths from COVID-19 will occur very quickly as the elderly and at risk population is burned off.
It's only more true now - reality is there is an infinitesimally small number of deaths from COVID in young people with no at risk conditions.
I can't find the BG Healthcare thread at the moment but this is also COVID related so I will put it here. Apparently Wendell Potter a former insurance company executive spent a good portion of his life lobbying against Canada's healthcare system went on a twitter rant about how he duped everyone and Canada's system is far superior to USA's.

I have no idea who Wendell Potter is or how legit this is but if it is real is this enough to actually have an impact on our current system?
From his wiki. This isn't new to him.Potter retired from CIGNA in 2008 and became an active voice on healthcare reform in 2009.
California deaths at a new 7-day average high after 3 months of plateau.
Had our (alleged) first covid supply chain casualty yesterday. He worked in a different building on days, so I never saw him. I heard rumblings that he was fine one day, lost his sense of taste another, etc. Also heard housekeeping has had a few deaths on their end as well. Can only imagine how many other departments have lost people.
Guess we'll have to wait til after this is over and they roll the "those we've lost" company Oscars style montage.

Sorry let me clarify. I haven't slept much. Not untreated, but even when the patient doesn't need treatment.
