What game should I play next?

I'm finishing up the extra story content on Xenoblade Chronicles, so I'm trying to figure out what to play next. Console wise I have PS4 and Switch. I do have a PC, but it's not the most comfortable setup for gaming at the moment, so keep recommendations to that.

In my backlog that I own or have access to via PS+ is Kingomd Hearts 2 Final Mix, Nathan Drake Collection, Detroit: Become Human, and a bunch of other PS+ titles.

Switch wise I have nothing in the backlog. I finished up BotW, Octopath Traveler, Xenoblade, Mana Collection (not the third game in the set, if I get that, will be the updated remaster).

Gameplay wise, I prefer JRPG's, kinda suck at action games as I found out in shooting sequences of Last of Us. To get an idea of my style, recent games I've finished included Kingdom Hearts Final Mix (On Critical mode because I'm a dummy and thought that was hard, not expert), Last of Us, Persona 5 Royal, FF7 Remake, Nier: Automata (Yes, I did all three playthroughs).

If you want a quick game, give Helltaker on steam a good try. It's a puzzle game with great music.

I recently played Fire Emblem Three Houses and I’d best describe it as FFT meets Persona 5 if that sounds appealing to you.

Yeah, I listed that as a recent game I did as an example of what I typically lean towards.

For RPGs I would recommend either Octopath Traveler or Divinity Sin 1 and/or 2.

Octopath is already done. I cleared my post on accident and missed that along with BotW and Secret of Mana Collection on recent play throughs.

Haven't finished FF7R, Horizon, KH3 and a few others. Was thinking just stick to FF7 and Horizon depending on how it takes.

If you haven't played horizon yet, then maayybbeeee there's an argument to be made to wait until the PC release when you get the full game with dlc, and beefed up visuals.

But you should def play it at some point.

Definitely go with Horizon. FF7R is a chore to get through with only a couple of chapters mid game being any fun or interesting.
