Y'all are really getting butthurt over a CW show. Have y'all ever seen ANY OTHER CW show?
Maybe we enjoy being butthurt, Vaspinne.
Everything I needed to know about The Flash CW I learned from an hour of random youtube clips the algorithm fed me one day

Arrow Season 1 stands apart because it's sort of like Batman Year One ft. the Green Arrow instead of Batman. Season 2 and 3 were also passable, steep decline after that. I never got into any of the spin-offs.
Legends of Tomorrow is still glorious however.
Bruh.
I aint got nothing else.
Probably got leaked because it's no longer valid.

The network has decided to rework its pilot for “Powerpuff,” a live-action followup to the animated series “The Powerpuff Girls.” The show’s four leads — Chloe Bennet, Dove Cameron, Yana Perrault, and Donald Faison — remain attached to the project, as does the remainder of the cast and the creative team behind the show. The network will film a new pilot for the series off-cycle. The show generated significant interest from the time it was first reported as being in development and was seen as a strong contender for a pickup going into pilot season.
You can find snips of the leaked script all over.
It's pretty cringy.
I saw one 'joke' to the effect of "Bubbles is back! not to be confused with Bubbles is on her back!" and if it was legitimately from the script I'm surprised they're trying to salvage it at all if it's in such a shitty state
They accused their dad of selling their rights to a cartoon that 'white-washed' them. And Buttercup in bed with random girl and Blossom interrupts "omg, I'm sorry," to which Buttercup replies, "its ok. 6 times is enough."
And the line "It's probably triggering for her to come back," and the word 'post-Harambe' was used.
Who is the audience for this shit? Everyone who watched the 90's cartoon is in their 30s now and would probably want just another iteration of that if anything. But that would require clever writers that didn't resort to lazy ass memes
Make shit like this promo and we'd be golden
What kind of mindset do you even have to be in to sit down and start penning, even a thrown-out draft, a "Power Puff Girl" move and actually writes these things? What kind of person looks at a happy-go-lucky childrens show about girl power, super heroes, and whimsical comedy and whispers to themselves "Man this show would be so good if they were broken sad manipulated victims and having a lot of sex".
Don't get me wrong, I'm not sitting here whining about Hollywood killing my childhood, I don't actually care THAT MUCH. I just like... can someone do a wellness check on the writer? Like are they mentally stable? I'm worried about them.
I mean, I don't think those of us in our 30s are the CW audience.
Whether that audience has any connection to the Powerpuff Girls is another issue.
But Happy Time Murders did so wel- oh wait.
