The project hails from writers and executive producers Heather Regnier and Diablo Cody. Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and David Madden will executive produce via Berlanti Productions. Warner Bros. Television will produce.

It was already bad enough that they ruined the original when they released that god awful remake where saving the day was an afterthought and the main focus was disputes with each other and other kids. Also they basically said fuck the OG voice cast and brought in different people which was a slap in the face. It's basically how Teen Titans went from an action plot driven show to fart jokes, bro time, and pizza when it was rebranded as Teen Titans Go.

Perrault is Buttercup Utonium. "Buttercup was the rebellious badass of The Powerpuff Girls in its heyday. More sensitive than her tough exterior suggests, Buttercup has spent her adulthood trying to shed her Powerpuff Girl identity and live an anonymous life."
