This country is fucked man. Were gonna be killing each other in the open and half the nation will find it justified. Theh already make the excuse for cops, just gotta add more people to the list.

whoah now. I said way earlier that I understand your point (and disagree of course, but this is just a fundamental disagree you and I will have on the matter and all is good) was that merely having a gun in display at this protest will reliably provoke protesters at a protest like wearing a shirt "FUCK TRUMP AND HIS SUPPORTERS" would provoke trump supporters at a trump rally
But then you evoke some analogy of stealing property and being shot in the back. That's... just not at all relevant, is it?
not quite, I'm literally only contending with people who claim that lives were lost because they were damaging/stealing property when they were actually lost because of and in the process of attacking kyle. You are aurging something that can't be proven.
OR
people contending that this kid had x, y, z beliefs in his head which is basically evidence of premeditation... and then the murders would be premeditated, hence murder 1
(edit: or the person(s) saying they saw kyle waving his gun around at people, that was the initial thing i engaged with here)
What started it? Yeah, we don't have video or eyewitness accounts of why joseph ran at kyle. I'm not saying I know, I never said I know what was going on in either of their heads
Small edit add to respond to this since i believe it to be in good faith and may clear up some confusing between us:
The above does prove "things". It just doesn't prove premeditation (to me)
i do think he was within his right (morally) to defend himself from people running up right beside him and attacking him
do i think he did nothing wrong? No, I said earlier that I think he did wrong by being there... but that's not relevant (to me) to his being attacked (I understand that to you, it is, because he had a gun in public view and that, in your opinion, makes him an agitator - although i think it was wrong because he's possessing it illegally due to being underage, whereas I understand you and others to believe it's wrong because it's a gun and legal possession wouldn't matter)
and do i think he shouldn't be charged with murder? No, I said earlier that I think that's exactly how the system should work. Charged =/= convicted is important to keep in mind. We'll see the results of the case playing out in court with both sides having time to organize and have access to all possible evidence on the matter

wow the prosecutors don't think it's self defense case closed
They're pushing for murder because the defense will claim self-defense, the judge will give an instruction on the definition of imperfect self defense, and they'll feel ok convicting him of manslaughter.

"He never shot at Rittenhouse"...what the fuck retarded logic is that. Rittenhouse is supposed to wait for a bullet to enter his skull before returning fire.
Year, max.

Kyle's extradition hearing has been delayed to September 25th as he gathers a defense team. He is being represented by L Lin Wood who is famous for repping the Covington kid.

A foundation has been set up to fund the legal team. There are also fundraisers on the Christian crowdfunding site Give Send Go ($102k) and another on a pop-up site called Free Kyle Rittenhouse ($9.5k).
Caption is on point, but fuck they are playing with fire doing that. Not only to a cop but just in general. That thing had some heft behind it, could easily kill someone if it hits them right.
Christian's are an amazing group of people. There is nothing in the bible's teaching that should make them support what that kid did. This shit is why more and more people are turning from religion. That and reason.
