Supposedly Alex smith is moving well in practice. Not sure if he's taken a hit yet, but I doubt that washington would risk another pr nightmare if they sent another person out to get raped.

Even with all of the awful (and I mean plain awful) contracts the Rams unloaded, they are still over the cap by $400,000. They have until 4pm tomorrow to restructure contracts or cut/sign a cheaper player, else they forfeit week 1.

I have no idea how they plan to sing players through the year from injuries, as cap space is needed to make those transactions.
