I don’t think I’ve seen any of the head coaches take the mask thing seriously for the entire duration of a game with the exception of Andy reed because he chose his ridiculous face shield. Super heavy handed. Maybe they got warnings in week one? Idk man.

it's just a little fine. proper heavy handed would be like loss of draft picks or forfeited games, perhaps suspensions. some loose change for these guys is nbd and the league gets to look serious and health-conscious

we'll see if any of these coaches continue to make a fuss throughout the season - i doubt too many will

Belichick was wearing his mask the whole game Sunday Night, but he was wearing it upside down in what I'm sure was weird protest of the rule.

It probably didn't define that they had to be wearing it properly (as long as it was "covering" the nose and mouth gtg I guess) so he was just being a weirdo about it

I’ve seen tons of people wear their masks upside down on accident all day at work and not even know so I doubt it was that. It’s just not human nature. Considering the fine of $100,000 is more than most player fines for behaviors or actions on the field id say yeah it’s heavy handed.
