Holy crap it was 3 1sts AND 2 pick swaps for Jrue? Bucks really going all the fuck in
They also currently only have 7 players on the roster, no draft picks, and no cap space.
Well apparently they're getting the 42nd and 60th picks for tomorrow from the Pels as part of this deal so there's 2 cheap players to add to their roster.
What NOLA is getting from the Bucks
2020 1st (via IND)
2024 right to swap
2025 1st unprotected
2026 right to swap
2027 1st unprotected
good on them for grabbing some 2nd rounders back, they don't even have the MLE left so it's all rookies and vet minimums from here. and it's still a haul but it's Giannis resign or bust. treading water wasn't gonna do it.
In the same year the Nets get Harden, the East will be a race between 3 maybe 4 teams and that's it.
Rumors is no one has interest in Brodie and I AM HERE FOR IT

Is Harden on the nets yet?
I'm a bit more bearish on Bogdan - he should be an upgrade but I watched a fair amount of kings last year and he seemed to disappear a lot between his flashy games. Could've just been a factor of coaching, kings rotation, etc
Will be interesting to see him on a good team though because he is fun to watch

So apparently a Westbrook for Wall (with other assets involved) is being tossed around

if for no reason other than NBA NBA NBA NBA
NBA NBA
NBA
Westbrook for Wall is terrible, Beal would hate for that to happen and quite frankly, so would I
Sounds like Harden to the Nets might be a done deal

If Harden can do the equivalent of what Bosh did when going from the Raptors to the Heat, this could work out well.
p sure he can't
also he's a better player than Kyrie but no way i see Kyrie accepting 3rd option well
it's a disgusting amount of talent but the locker room issues should be bananas, and all with a rookie coach
bosh was a superior athlete and prototypical floor-spacing big man who could defend all over the court, giving them something most teams rarely have.
james harden is not that guy. earthly strong, but lazy and unaware on defense. even if he was a good defender he's not gonna unlock a super special team defense because he's not a big. on the other side, you'd want him and KD leading the charge on offense, rather than relegating him to a tertiary role.
the whole idea of those 3 guys on the same team makes for great entertainment but that's just a dumpster fire waiting to happen. move kyrie, though, and now i think you have a pretty sick team.
Apparently the Hawks want Gordon Hayward for some reason
