Tuesday, the NFL will vote to pass a new minority coaching change: any team that has a minority coach or GM poached will receive 2 3rd round compensatory picks. Meaning, if the Jags have a WR coach the Titans want to hire as an offensive coordinator, then the Titans will be helping a division rival by giving them 2 3rd round picks.

This seems like it would discourage minority hiring more than helping it....
