Cid definitely sounded different but I think it’s the same VO. Probably just sounds different because the VA all recorded their lines from home instead of in a professional studio.
Nero had some voiced lines in the MSQ leading up to the end of Heavensward I think.

Same VOs, just some quality issues because of COVID and recording in home studios/less direction.

The 14 hour stream scheduled for February 5th has been cancelled due to COVID resurgence in Japan. The “announcement”, which everyone assumes to be the next expansion, will still take place.
