public transportation is still a private privilege. You have to pay to use public transportation.
I'm sure most public transportation already requires masks to ride. The Metro here in Texas does.

Looks like covid has hit close to home yet again, this time with one of my cousin's family. Her husband just died today after testing positive 3 weeks ago. Finding out more info about it and while I'm sad, I'm also kinda pissed off. They had a New Year's get together/party apparently (I don't know how big) and he fell ill shortly afterwards. They didn't tell anyone else in the family and 2 of my other cousin's stopped by to visit a week ago so they were put at risk without knowing. Cousin's husband finally went to the hospital last Wednesday, died today.
Canada found a drug that helps fight Covid
Or at least that's the claim.
Analysis of the study found that colchicine resulted in reductions in hospitalizations by 25 per cent, the need for mechanical ventilation by 50 per cent, and deaths by 44 per cent.

MN seniors who registered last week to be put in a queue to receive the vaccine were told that they will have to re-register every week until they roll out a better system.
Edit: They announced a better system

California has rescinded the regional lockdowns and is returning to the color coded reopening tiers. I might get a haircut after it stops raining.
