I found the full announcement since the Independents clip seemed like a cut. 20 min long warning. I'm calling bullshit on their headline after watching the full vid.

She starts choking up when starting to describe the camp aush. guy and what seeing that in the building meant to her.

She is NOT teary eyed when replying to the question of investigating the GOP role via giving tours on the 5th. Her affect changes subtly when answering this question and 'tearful' is an incorrect description.
