They cannot possibly bring him back with no draft picks, JJ Watt for certain leaving, a GM the entire league dislikes, an owner he isn't fond of, and as it currently stands ~$15M in spending money (will obviously increase with JJ leaving, etc). The Texans also recently fired the head of their PR/marketing team which Watson loved and worked directly with on all his charity events.
