Wtf we just got avian in this muthafucker and now we're ending in 4 chapters? I was really hoping for some exciting action for half a year but I guess that's pretty much done if the last chapter inevitably has to be a "what happens after" chapter.

Ep 6 (Episode 65) is out!

It was hype but the pacing is slow, it did not pan out how I expected, but it's definitely really nice to see the action animated. One good thing I really like currently is how in Seasons 1-3 all fights that were featured had our main chars on the backfoot, but to see them all calm and collected this time around despite the threat ahead of them is really badass to see! It's looking like this will wrap up at Ep 8 now though, I don't think they're going to finish it within next ep with the major events upcoming.

I'm enjoying this season a quite a bit. I know one or two tidbits about it, nothing earth shattering. Other than that, I'm in the dark completely.

I've also been going through the show from the beginning with one of my neighbors. He's literally never watched any anime before, and he fucking loves it. He's not about to turn into a weab, but it's fun to see somebody else react. We're up to season 2 (about 3/4 the way through) and he has no idea of the controversy it caused online. Also going back and re-watching, it foreshadows so much shit and has little details in the background I notice that he doesn't.

Aye it'll still be good to see it all animated! I'm just particularly hype over this fight that's all! It definitely is all enjoyable and seeing it all come to life is a joy to do

They better not cut out any exposition from the manga to fit it in the final 8 episodes...

Or they better give us an OVA for the current part of the manga cause that would be wonderful with a high budget and no time constraints.

So after only watching the first season when it originally came out years ago, my fiancee and I rewatched this from S1 and boy was it a ride. Finally caught up last night and some parts were a bit confusing so I had to look it up and thankfully the manga clears up some motivations and backstories.

Insulting the staff is one of the worst thing anyone can do, and it won't improve anything, it will instead make things worse. the fact that Studio MAPPA took AoT in charge with such a low time to prepare themselves is the problem. Plus they are also working on Jujutsu no Kaisen at the same time, this was a very dumb decision by the Studio not the Staff(they have zero say when the show airs and they are already overworked and sleeping 2-3 hours a day).

Can't really say I've had a problem with the animation, but maybe it's because I've watched some legit bad shit.

But this arc, up until the fight, also felt pretty meh going off memory. Also, #FuckGabi and not in the good way.
