No efficiently solo'd options from the look of things this time, which sucks since I have 380 tomes in stuff there I don't have, especially if I'm feeling lazy about mount farming.

Probably double it to 900 weekly cap last like time.

It was probably a dev oversight, but using the Level sync option with Undersized still let you be eligible for irregular drops. I solo'd my 100 tomes last time just running WP on BLU by myself in 5-6min runs while listening to podcasts.

Syncing is probably the most important part since most don't do undersized at caps. That said, I really wish they'd just say "fuck it" and let all dungeons award tomes, but simply give more the higher level it is. Personally have no interest in the raids, would only do MSQs for dailies, and will never touch PvP. lolDPSqueue 'n all.

The balancing factor isn't level.
Ostensibly, the system is to improve queue times for low traffic instances.
Another factor is also how long the instance takes. (Difficulty can apply there, there's a reason some EX Trial mentor roulettes have people just abandoning at start, some primals are not worth the time sink for the same +1 to the achievement counter)

This is why Praetorium awards more than Castrum despite equal difficulty and traffic, it takes longer. If they cost the same, you'd raise the abandonment rate of Praetorium.

I just realised, I'm glad I didn't progress my relic yet. Now, if I can find the motivation to do so, if I get to the alliance raid steps, I can farm tomes and my relic items in one shot!

While true not all instances are equal, this event only rewards for the MSQ dungeons in that regard.

I wish that was the part that repeated for stage 2 relics. I'd rather do Rabanaster/Void Ark 15 times than DR.

You can que in for PVP as any job you want, it’s all the same que. PVP doesn’t role lock. You can even que as one job and switch to another once you are inside the instance. (You’ll get xp as the job you que’ed for)

Because a lot of us use bots for these annoying events and just run with squadron or with a party of other bots and complete the shit in 45 seconds.

This. Especially if you do fate grinding in zones with like level 58-59/68-69 fates, it caps you at what? 5 levels above that level and lets you include your 100+ ilvl above stats that you'd have from being that level. Just burn through those Fates even without using Blu
