my frenzy goes up to 42% IAS at lvl 20
treachery is 45% IAS
laying of hands is 20% IAS
highlords wrath is 20% IAS

for a total of 127% IAS that i already have

if i ever get super pimp add on another 60-80% from dual griefs on the fastest weapon in the game (phase blade)

i dunno what the cap was before but if it's been lifted frenzy absolutely has the ability to be ridiculous

Yeh Patch 2.3 has several fairly significant changes, including both the quick cast addition and fixes like firewall damage and the pit viper poison clouds no longer dealing (excessive) physical damage.

I play D2 for a few days every year or so, it's one of my favorite games. So I'm no stranger to just hoping on Bnet and playing till I get bored in the middle of a set economy.

D2:R came out at the beginning of my long summer vacation. When I got back I decided to wait for the reset so I could actually do the "start" where things like Sigons/etc had a little value... rather than just trashing everything that isn't "good".

i'm trying to decide if it's full Sigon's or Arctic and Angelic i dump onto Rhyis when we roll new chars

i do really dig 2- or 3-piece Arctic before Cain, i think it's the best ride to Stealth and whatnot but i kept a Sigon's set for old days' sake

Coming in Patch 2.4, the first skill changes and class balancing in twelve years. Oh yeah, new rune words are coming as well. Ladder season start too, likely ~4 months in duration

With my luck the ladder season will correlate with Elden Ring and I'll miss the entire thing lol

I was definitely team #nochanges, but new runewords and balance changes (buffs only) to weak trees doesn't seem like the end of the world. As long as they don't do some dumb shit like put a cooldown on Teleport.
