Next to Baldwin Hills yeah, it's a wealthy black but gentrifying neighborhood in the middle of LA. Despite being wealthy its still black so it incorporates the features of street design for residents you don't give a fuck about like 45 mph 6 lane stroads through the middle - the type of street design custom built to kill pedestrians and have high speed crashes like this one.

Although apparently they've lowered the speed limits to 35 on a lot of these roads in the past decade - not that it stopped this lady.
