Usually only if it goes over an entire day from my experience. I've had a 24+ hour delay in Chicago before and they put me up in a hotel for the night and gave me a refund on the entire trip.

But 12 hour delay in Minneapolis and I didn't get shit.

Trying to get Platinum on games is something I almost never bothered with in the past but the PS4 trophies seem so much more reasonable than all the PS3 ones where there would be like 120 trophies per game and many were ridiculous.
