Yeaaaaaah that's rough.

They're also getting money to assess whether they should make a FreeFile replacement. I would personally prefer to receive an e-mailed PDF of my tax forms each year (sent by the government) along with an invoice for the amount they think I owe them (or they owe me), but I'll settle for knifing Intuit.
