Also fuckin lol @ 9.5m for Werenski
What the fuck
I read this as 3-years, $7mil per at first and was like "WHAT THE FUUUUUUCK??!?!" but it's divided through those 3 years. But that being said, the kid has played 44 NHL games total and that is a lot of money for someone who hasn't even played a full season in the NHL
I’m so glad that the Caps are sitting FA out lol
Flames did a decent job. Added a lot of "get in the dirty areas" type of players that'll fit Sutter's coaching style and also not leave Chucky out to dry as the only guy stirring shit up. The Coleman contract is kinda long but not a bad price so I'm mostly okay with it.
But as long as the offensive core is more or less the same, I'm not expecting the team to suddenly be Stanley Cup contenders. Just the usual 'do well in the regular season and fizzle out in the playoffs' like they have for the last few seasons. Not gonna lie, really kinda hoping we somehow land Eichel if the rumours of the Flames being in the mix are true
I thought the latest rumors are 3 firsts and a solid prospect? Which is still a ridiculous pay for a player with a potentially career changing neck injury.
I mean, he got a haul for Risto, imagine what he could ask for when trading an actual upper tier player
Krejci leaving Bruins to play in Czech Republic. RIP. Huge shoes to fill.
Everyones getting in on the LTICapCircumvention it seems.
Why is the Blues hashtag WeAreGoldStar?
The Eichel situation has gotten allot worse and ugly fast. Buffalo has no leverage now. He’s gone public with the medical information and a trade request.
