Pretty much. Makes me think if I was a gambling man if it would be worth eyeing them to see how long they'll go before a possible rebound. But then again I think even if that worked out in my best interests Activision is just another soulless husk of an AAA company.
I'm sure this law firm won't just wink and nod after taking the money, especially if chosen by Blizzard, and declare fake news.
But I'm pretty much with Jim at this point. The industry just needs to burn, then maybe we could possibly rebuild something on the ashes that isn't a frat house, treating workers like garbage with crunch, releasing incomplete games because the people who don't know how to make games call the shots, and fleecing customers through "DLC" and/or lootbox/gacha mechanics.

apparently one of the devs in the text log about the 'cosby suite' was the namesake for McCree in Overwatch and people are trying to get them to rename the character
