I want to learn something today.

Employer believes I fucked a goat. I didn't fuck a goat. Employer does not hire me on the basis that they believe I fucked a goat. I file a lawsuit because they prevented emoyment based on the rumor I fucked a goat. I can have the lawsuit thrown out even if there is no evidence I fucked the goat?

If so, I go back to my original stance that I'll just fuck the goat cause otherwise I'll die poor, homeless, alone, and everything else that comes with not being able to gain employment or have any meaningful relationship.

Actually here's a wrinkle I hadn't considered - do people have to HEAR the rumor to believe it? Or does it just automatically spring into their heads? Like they meet you and their first thought is "this guy fucked a goat."

If I had all this aforementioned knowledge, I'll take the 1/10. If I didn't have the knowledge, I'm obviously gonna take the 10/10.
