Part of it is certainly on the vtuber to not divulge too much RL info over time, either, as we should all know folks keep receipts on the net. Though, apparently people can get your IP easily enough through Twitch, which always struck me as dumb AF. May not narrow someone down specifically, but could put a stalker in the right area if you don't VPN it up.
