tldr: Pyro and his recent wife discovered they were pregnant. See a doctor to get an ultrasound and everything looks good, like it seated into the uterus. Turns out it was epcoptic and exploded her fallopian tube this past weekend. She then almost died in the following surgery. They don't have insurance and out of pocket a ton along with news they likely can't conceive naturally.
