he's almost 100% correct but like... so what? your work emails aren't private. your employer can do whatever the shit they want with them. confidentiality disclaimers are to stop employees from spreading confidential information, not the company

I don't think it has ever been specified what email account Gruden was sending them from, and isn't really relevant.

And going theory is that it's not necessarily Snyder having stuff on Goodell, but what he knows about the other owners. It's pretty safe to assume that most NFL owners are probably not good people, they just keep their public facing stuff under better control then Snyder does.
