Anne Heche has remained in critical condition since crashing her vehicle into a Los Angeles residence on Friday, according to a new representative for the actress.

"Over the weekend a representative stated that Anne was in stable condition but that information was inaccurate. She has always remained in critical condition, slipping into a coma following the accident," a spokesperson for Heche told CNN in a statement Monday. "She has a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgical intervention. She is currently being treated at the Grossman Burn Center."

After she goes tearing though a neighborhood nearby and crashes into a woman's house full speed. Woman was home. Car was going so fast it went through the walls and almost killed the woman. Car caught fire. Home caught fire. House completely burned down. Woman lost everything.

For the extra morbid perhaps NSFL here is helicopter footage from a news station taken from the crash where paramedics are loading her from a gurney into an ambulance, it appears they have her wrapped in a body bag and she suddenly springs up out of the bag. Still high as fuck on drugs? Brain firing off the last of her nerves to twitch around? Who knows.

She probably woke up, saw nothing except white sheets, freaked the fuck out, and tried to get out. Pure adrenaline and fear.

It's a body bag, there's no such thing as a burn bag. I was being satirical at first then edited my post when I realized it could get taken seriously.

Sometimes they'll cover burn victims to avoid outside particle contamination but in her case when you look at the video she's clearly in a bag that is zipped shut, and after stirring for a bit pushes her way out. Her skin looks relatively burned, so she was probably acutely disoriented.

You know, like waking up in a coffin or a bathtub filled with ice.
