finally got my shot today. been putting it off for various bullshit reasons. at first I didn't want to take one that someone who actually interacted with people could use, then I was dealing with seasonal allergies and didn't want to potentially make it worse/feel shittier, then I just kinda kept putting it off because I never go out so what's the point, but enough of my online friends have gotten it and with cases spiking up and shit I pushed through the whole justifications/executive dysfunction stuff and get it done. Part of it too has been that I usually consult with my parents about medical stuff but they are firmly and ignorantly opposed to it so I didn't really have anyone irl to walk me through the process. Like I said, all stupid ways of rationalizing it to myself and I should have done it sooner, but at least it's done.

there is not a single statistic or study out there that shows that kids are under significant threat from covid. let all pre college be optional vaccinations and use plague riddled kids as a way to clear out old teachers that should've retired alrdy
