Look how dead the EVO and SF threads have been. I suppose we can talk about needing more "bad guys" in the FGC to stir up high school drama so people can feel the scene is "alive again", but eh.

Its their idealized form of an American. Terry Bogard, Ken Masters, ect. Blonde hair, blue eyes, kinda loud, confident as fuck, flashy and showy, usually smiling and somewhat genki.

Yeah I always thought he was biracial and grew up in the US. At least that’s the story in the old school SFII V anime. Kens father was a rich American, and it was his mother who was Japanese.

But according to street fighter wiki he was born and raised in Japan and is only a quarter American on his mother’s side.
