Wasn't that applied immediately? I'll be honest I forgot about that and don't really pay attention when I'm charged for the sub

No, when it was announced they said we’d get it at a future date and it’s been crickets since then. Definitely been paying for sub since then.

Actually, I just googled about this and that's what I found:

The 14 days of free game time will be applied to eligible accounts on December 21, and it is said to take about two or three days to process and go into effect. The free game time applies to accounts that have a full version of FFXIV and an active subscription or remaining game time on December 21 at 12 a.m. PT — your subscription billing date or end date will simply be pushed back by 14 days. This extra time will also apply to additional paid features like the Retainer Service. The 14 days of free game time is in addition to the seven days previously instated from the initial wave of server issues.

I then checked my payment history on Mog Station and indeed my December payment was on 16th and January payment on 29th, so the 14 days was applied

I'm having to do a full reinstall right now b/c of that, so yeah, check your game folks. (If you got the 32 bit version, you can get the game client here for NA players, don't know for EU but shouldn't be hard to find.)

Seems to be Windows 7 and Mac 32 bits only

Hildibrand Quests
New custom delivery quests with Ameliance
