Yankees with one of the worst innings of baseball I’ve ever seen. Not even exaggerating.

Drama caused by an umpire at the braves/padres game.
Ump felt Kenley Jansen took too long coming out of the bullpen at Petco, which is one of the largest distances from pen to mound, only allowed him three pitches then stood between him and the catcher and started barking at people

Roki Sasaki (the NPB pitcher who threw the perfect game a week ago) had another 8 perfect innings with 14Ks before getting pulled.
Currently on a streak of 52 straight plate appearances without allowing a hitter on base.
The one true moostache Nestor Cortes pitched an immaculate inning for the Yankees.
It's too early in the week to be attacked like this. At least let me finish my third cup of coffee.
Small sample size but the Dodgers may have fixed Heaney.

I can't remember another time an umpire had such a low called strike accuracy level. That was probably one of the worst umped games of all time.
68% called strike accuracy, incredible lol
It gets worse when you realize that accuracy rating includes the strikes that are right down the middle/so clearly strikes. The one he called Chapman out on after Montoya get ejected was literally in the other batter's box lol. He also hit one of the Athletics with the same call in the next inning from the opposite side of the plate.
And the reason they won't let her in is just icing on the cake. "It could be conceived as saying the umpire did a bad job." Really? Why would anyone look at that scorecard and think he did a bad job, I wonder.
