Listening to Sublime's self titled album front to back means you'd have to listen to Wrong Way and I've been sick of that song for 20 plus years.
Sublime is not found in my music folder either.
They were cool when I was 15 but their music has been played out forever.

They should put out some new stuff tbh

I always laugh when I see “Sublime w/Rome” on tour. It’s the band Rome and one of the guys from Sublime and they promote it the other way around.
i thought rome was the name of the new lead singer
Pearl Jam: Ten
Red hot chili peppers: Blood sugar sex magic
The Cure: Mixed Up
NIN: Downward Spiral
Tribe Called Quest: low end theory.
There's honestly too many other Albums that I love just as much.
I see Ten a lot, that shit is killer start to finish every single time. I'mma listen to it right now actually
Koyangi, Zealot, Day, and Dimmauk.
Ten was amazing because most bands take years to find their footing. Pearl Jam started out absolutely perfect and descended into complete mediocrity from there.
The Killers took a lot of inspiration from them.

i dunno. i think a lot of bands come out hot then move into mediocrity. i'd argue most bands best album is usually in their first 2
Bush is another one. Sixteen Stone was great. Razorblade suitcase, not so much. If that album order was flipped, we never get sixteen stone.
Rage against the machine
Depeche mode Violator
Nirvana Nevermind
TOOL Aenema
Beck Odelay
Live Throwing Copper
Primus Sailing the seas of cheese
Snoop Doggystyle
Cypress Hill
I could go on and on
Since we're in the 90s I would say that Blood Sugar Sex Magic was a strong start for the Red Hot Chili Peppers but their work improved until they hit their apex with Californication, and then started a decline.
I would also say that Pinkerton was a better made, more personal album than the Blue Album, but Weezer shot directly to hell and never re-emerged.
Metallica, steady line of improvement right up until Load.
The Talking Heads were never bad.
I don't think the Stone Temple Pilots had a single great album but man did they have some real bangers for singles.
