It's been building for years, Larry Scott pushing the PAC-12 network completely ruined the future TV fights deals for the entire conference, and TV rights money is literally the only thing that matters now for college sports clearly.

They about to be the Pac4.
If the focus is on TV rights and NIL money now, can we finally dispose of the NCAA and the veil of "student athletes" and just expand the regular season to 15+ games?
In a 16 team conference, that means:
1. You play everyone in your conference once, or
2. You play everyone in your division once, 4 cross division opponents, and 4 OOC opponents
I don't like it, but it may be the best of a bad situation. Theres too much diluting the tradition of the sport that draws attention to it, which is just sad.
16 team conference, 2 8 team divisions. 7 games against your division, 3 against the other half on a rotating schedule, you get 2-3 flex games for rivalry or cupcake beatings
im pretending we still care about athlete safety
They are also supposedly students and have classes to go to, depending on whether or not they came to play school
imagine placing a bet on your team to lose and then your team goes on to fucking blow out the other team, what a loser
sure jan
So he plans to leave after this season is what he is saying.

Only 3 games huh, Michigan fears Rutgers apparently
we’ve beaten them before (and should have beat them two other times) and we will beat them again!
or at least don’t lose 78-0 like the one game i went to while it was also raining
