If anyone here is good at recreating a character from an image, or knows someone who is, I'm asking for help.

I just cant seem to get the nuisances of this right, no matter how I try. Maybe its something in the jaw or mouth, I don't know. IF someone can list what they think the settings are I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
