Doesn't matter got Phoenix Smasher
It looks sick, and the story mode looks awesome which is great for me since I suck.

I know Steve isn't very popular, but I'm sad to see he's not in the starting roster. I love boxers.
With the reveal of coffee girl at Evo yesterday it confirms a roster leak from awhile back, 3 new characters at launch
Spoiler: show
Still no Steve
Edit: Scratch that, he's also in that leak I think? On the bottom row beside Leroy.
Yeah that's Steve at the bottom left
The ones in the leak that haven't been revealed yet are

Big rip to Josie for getting into Tekken 7 late just to get cut again for Tekken 8. The base roster is already pretty big though, I guess some big names were going to get left out regardless.
Where the fuck is my Boooooooob~?!!!!
I'll have to make due with Leeroy, but goddamn, I've been running him since he came out.

Tekken Ball is back and will be playable online.
Fuck
Yes
Oh fuck now they've got my attention
New character, voiced by Vincent Cassel (surprisingly high tier actor for a Tekken game)
His gameplay is basically just Noctis, so yay for a new troll character I guess.
The demo is available on all platforms, and true to form people have hacked the PC version to unlock practice and a bunch of extra characters
At the end, Eddy is the first DLC character
IDK why I'm asking this since I'm so disconnected from it now, but what's the reception like from the FGC after the demo?
I have absolutely zero interest in competitive online matches, but the game is launching with 32 characters which is pretty much double that of any fighting game I have in recent memory, excluding Granblue since that's a hybrid re-release/reboot. Thinking of supporting the game just for that alone.
It seems fun to me, and a pretty diverse roster. Just curious on others' thoughts.
