The secret is to barely go out + contract meniere's disease so you have 50%+ hearing loss in one ear along with Tinnitus. I probably "heard" both songs a half dozen times, but I can barely hear shit in a quiet environment, let alone a noisy mall. Hell, ask Astylla how well I hear her when she talks if I'm not looking right at her and there's some noise going off in the background.

Used to be that I was wholly an AKG man, but the industry has advanced a lot since then, and AKG is not the same company it used to be.

It was bought out by Samsung in like 2017. The K371 is still a pretty good mixing headphone for the price though

If you're intending to use them for actual music mixing (ie needing a more or less reference sound profile) you can never go wrong with the Beyerdynamic DT-990
