Some big news is dropping about College FB 2026 and beyond. All 10 leagues + ND have signed documentation that hands over full control of the playoffs and general revenue payouts to the SEC+BIG10. SEC+BIG10 joined together and threatened to create their own playoff, including teams in only those 2 conferences.

Part of the agreement is Notre Dame auto-gains a playoff spot if they end the season ranked in the top 14.
Rumored to be part of the agreement is SEC + BIG10 are guaranteed 4 spots, each.

NO impact for the upcoming 2025 season.
