Modern 3rd Party Tools?

Was thinking of booting up retail to single player through some story stuff, haven't played since 2010ish and was wondering what the modern equivalents of the stuff that used to run through Windower were, specifically radar/recast/spellcast for gear swaps. Is there new stuff or did things like that get improved through ingame UI?

Ashita v3 was probably the most user friendly and flexible last time I got into the game. Windower fell off far as interest in an ancient game goes, imo, but is still generally functional. Ashita does have a v4, but I think the dev took a somewhat different stance on add-ons so some things might not be available there.
