MLB TV is already pretty comprehensive last I had used it, but you're boned if you live in the local market due to blackouts.

I'm not sure if it's gotten worse in the last few years but for awhile you could watch any game as long as you weren't subject to blackouts. But haven't had to bother since I moved to the Bay since I get everything on NBCSN Bay Area.
