Surprisingly, the Igqira Tiara is already on my server's AH. I don't remember if it even sold yet, but I saw it yesterday, so I don't believe you need the expansion to make some of these.

too bad the new BLM gear looks like crap. I have purchased the new head piece already for fafnir fights (costed 300k, now going for 150-200k). The new headpiece is Bonecraft but i'm unsure of the BP yet because no one has crafted it.
