About Dynamis

I was just wondering what the minimum requirements were for dynamis, i understand that i'm new and all and i don't really care about the tier system and whatever, since i live in the UK it'll be damn near impossible to do dynamis consistantly. But i still wanna try.

Currently 68 RDM/BLM (kinda close to 69) Just tell what is the min lvl to enter. Thank you. ^^

70 but we're not leaving beaucedine til we clear it which is lv74 cap and you need all 4 city dynamis finished to enter beaucedine
