Summoners and HNM's

Does BG use Summoners as damage dealers against any of the HNM's?
I recall seeing a JP site with pics of the Kirin fight probably 5-6 months
ago and they had 4-5 summoners in the fight.

Also what's summoners role in dynamis?

We use summoners for 2 different purposes, depending on the fight, buffs and damage.

One more question though, are the lvl 70 bloodpacts fairly accurate?
I think most of the videos I've watched of HNM's that had Smn's in them,
the bloodpacts such as spinning dive and mountain buster missed quite often.
This was before CoP, haven't seen many videos since it came out.
