I'm honestly think it can be done with 4. It just would take an extremely long time and nobody could afford to lag out or make a mistake. The party I had in mind would be rdm,brd, (pld/nin), (rng/blm/mnk). The tank could kite it around while the damage dealer chips away at it.

I see the other pt went mnk/rdm/brd/nin/blm. The red mage obviously must have kept up with the healing for them so the mp regen rate probably exceeded the mp usage rate with ballad, refresh, and convert. With that, I'd say they could get rid of the blm or mnk and still be able to take it. (just take twice as long)
