I tried calling POL support once more, and this time they saw that the billing info had changed multiple times in 6 days, and I verified the registration codes in the manual, and they changed the password for me. Unfortunately this got me nowhere in actually finding the guy who did it, and the gil is missing, which I'm trying to get from IGE. It's not completely over.
